• removed the constraint for the number of the posts, now you can decide how many posts to display on archive;
• the Lead style for the paragraph works now as intended;
• removed the line-through for the links added in Post-it Note.

Improvements

• Improved the Background for Text Highlight on Safari/iOS
• Improved Checkbox styling

• The reading time bar works now with Chinese characters
• Added back Pattern Style - Waves
• Centered Widgets are really centered now.

Noto theme is tested and fully compatible with the latest Wordpress version (5.3), so there's nothing to worry about.
